La Défense Inside-Out

July 2021,

The contribution of enia architects to an urban reflection carried out by Groupama immobilier with 5 architectural agencies who deliver their vision of the future of La Défense. 

Ring, paths, footbridges, suspended squares, gates, stations, links: our project is based on a hierarchy of embedded, complementary and evolving structures. The implantation of the Ring is conceived as an operation inverted in relation to the structure of the site, a backdrop which becomes a place in its own right. The fringes become the revealing force, the diagonal gives a new dimension to the site. These multiple wanderings allow La Défense to pass from a public good to a common good.

Rethinking The Future Awards 2021

May 2021,

Winner in 2018 of the Architize A+Awards, our Tablesquare project, delivered in 2020, has been awarded by Rethinking The Future Awards 2021 in the Hospitality category. 
Tablesquare is the first project to make use of residual volumes in La Défense, initiated and supported by Paris La Défense. 
With 3,500 m² of abandoned parking space reused, this operation is a true demonstrator of transformation that shows that La Défense has an incredible capacity for regeneration. The project recomposes a square in the heart of La Défense and houses 7 quality restaurants (Eclipse, Koedo, Italian Trattoria, 3 Brasseurs, Daily Pic, Mersea, Grillé) whose reopening is eagerly awaited!

Construction of the offshore wind turbine factory in Le Havre

The construction of the offshore wind turbine plant in Le Havre is progressing rapidly. We are proud to be part of this exceptional project, and to contribute to meeting the energy challenge of the coming decades. A big thank to Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy for its confidence!

Conference "Façades: when the steel architecture the envelope" - Speech by Mathieu Chazelle

Watch Mathieu Chazelle's speech during the conference "Façades: when steel architects the envelope" organized by ConstruirAcier, in partnership with the Maison de l'architecture Ile de France. The conference was animated by Olivier Leclercq.

Kano Hospital

March 2021,

The construction of the "Murtala Mohammed Specialist Hospital" in Kano, Northern Nigeria, continues. Four buildings, including a medical-technical platform, an emergency room and an obstetrical unit with a neonatology department are under construction. This project was funded by the Aliko Dangote Foundation, with enia architects and Egis Bâtiment International.

Construction moderne - Nouvelle église Saint-Joseph à Montigny-lès-Cormeilles

March 2021,

Pour cette nouvelle église, l’agence enia architectes a conçu un lieu de culte témoin de la culture contemporaine et inscrit dans son époque. La nouvelle église Saint-Joseph remplace la chapelle éponyme construite en 1979. Avec les constructions neuves qui voient le jour dans ce quartier de Montigny-lès-Cormeilles, la population augmente régulièrement. L’ancienne chapelle était devenue trop petite pour accueillir dans de bonnes conditions l’accroissement de la communauté paroissiale. 

Chroniques d'architecture - Au cœur de La Défense, enia a son rond de serviette à Table Square

En mars 2020, ENIA architectes a livré à La Défense Table Square, un nouveau lieu dédié à la gastronomie. Sur 3 360 m², pour un montant des travaux de 11,5M€ HT, compter un restaurant gastronomique de 200 couverts avec terrasse et six restaurants avec larges terrasses. The agency's 3D printer has been mobilized for 2 weeks to produce protective visors for the EPS Ville-Evrard hospital and journalists from Radio France . 
Thanks to Léandre who transformed his basement into a production workshop!

ESID Housing in Arcueil : a successful competition

September 2019,

The team of Cardinal Edifice - ENIA ARCHITECTES - Logabat - IDEX have won the competition for the Design, Production, Exploitation and Maintenance of the new residential building destined for single executives at the Fort de Montrouge. Launched by the Defence Infrastructure Service Establishment, this initiative includes 200 accommodations.

Galileo Security Monitoring Centre : let’s go !

Our team Spie Batignolles - ENIA ARCHITECTES - TPFI - Critical Building - Euro MC - Spie tertiaire and Spie Facilities won the competition for the design, engineering, operations and maintenance of the new Galileo Security Monitoring Centre (the European competitor to GPS). This operation is managed by the Infrastructure Service Establishment of the French Army and located inside  Base des Loges in Saint-Germain en Laye.
