This ANR project aims at establishing models and tools that will help an area (big neighborhood, city, urban area) to be more energy smart, by fully exploiting the local energy potential. The dynamic simulations of the exchanges between production and consumption equal to the scale of the territory, become a fundamental driving force for a relevant and durable design. In partnership with CNRS, AMINES, IFFSTAR, INNHOTEP, ENERGIE DEMAIN.
