Construction of transformable accommodations adapting to the evolution of uses, to the family unit, to the regulations and to the urban transformation. This concept gives the opportunity to adapt the size of the accommodations; to create common areas inside the functionning building; to transform the accommodations to tertiary spaces. This concept is currently constructed in a first operation with 42 housing units in Marseille.
